I have been an athlete and in love with exercise since before I can remember. Growing up I excelled in basketball and volleyball, and was even part of a 3 time state championship team in high school. I know how frustrating it can be to have an injury holding you back — I want to get people feeling their best so they can enjoy the things they love. Life is too short to be in pain!

My experience has shown me how damaged our healthcare system can be, which is why I decided to start my practice. Flow Free PT is an out of network provider which allows me to provide a higher quality of care and allows us to accomplish much more. My sessions are one on one for a whole hour, not being passed to an aide or sitting on hot/cold packs for 20 minutes. I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself. Your body is strong and adaptable and capable of more than you can imagine.

If you’re looking to rehab an injury that just won’t quit, or trying to get in the best shape imaginable for an upcoming sport or season — let’s talk. The first session is free so you have nothing to lose! No prescription or doctor referral needed. My goal is to help you avoid unnecessary surgeries, MRIs, and expensive copays.

What They’re Saying

I’ve been lucky enough to work with some pretty awesome people and help them get back to being active. Here’s what they’re saying:

When I had neck pain Chelsea was able to provide me with a customized program that got me back into my groove right away. She listens, understands and is able to target exactly what is going on in your body. I would send everyone I know to see her for any preventative or rehab needs.

I went to see Chelsea after I had been suffering from neck and upper back pain for several months. I couldn't pinpoint for her exactly when it started or what caused it, but she took the time to really listen to my symptoms and what was bothering me. When she started treatment, she made sure I knew why she was doing what she was doing and how it would help me. She also sent me home with a few simple exercises to do on my own, and with a little work at home under her assistance, I started to feel better in no time. Chelsea really believes in what she does and truly cares about her patients. I am grateful that she helped me feel better and back to being able to do the things I ove, pain-free! I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone who has an injury or other rehabilitative needs, as well as any other of the many services she offers. You won't regret it.

I cannot recommend working with Dr. Fenton for any PT needs enough. I've worked with her numerous times for various aches and pains and with her guidance and incredible knowledge I've felt better in no time! The exercises and programs she provides will get anyone back on the right track and feeling like a million bucks in no time! Thank you for fixing my elbow and always tight neck!

Chelsea has been providing golf specific exercises that have kept me fit and provided me with additional confidence on the golf course. I am stronger, more fit and flexible than I have ever been and enjoying the game at a different level. I have gained distance and the strength has made me more durable which is more important as a 60 yr old male!

Chelsea is one of the nicest young ladies I have ever met, texts are answered quickly and she really cares about me improving. I am so fortunate to have her coaching me and she is really good at what she does. Her videos show exactly how to execute the exercises which makes working out easy. I have made the commitment to getting fit and golf strong and Chelsea’s knowledge and guidance is making me better. If you make the commitment, Chelsea will get you there! Thanks so much Chelsea, it’s a privilege to work with you!

It was so easy and effective to work with Chelsea. She worked with me in my home which I found very convenient. I had been suffering with numbness and pain in my right hand. Chelsea conducted a thorough evaluation and then provided a treatment plan with clear and simple exercises and video instruction. The exercises provided almost immediate relief of my symptoms. Chelsea provided so much help to me in just 2 visits. Prior to working with Chelsea I had 8 or more prescribed occupational therapy sessions that did not relieve the numbness. I am thrilled to have had the chance to work with Chelsea and am numbness and pain free.

I’ve been seeing Chelsea for about couple months now for a shoulder issue. She’s been absolutely great, shoulder is progressing nicely. She not only helps with creating the exercise plan to facilitate rehab but also does other techniques such as dry needling. She creates a plan and adjusts the plan as needed for your needs.

I have been working with Chelsea Fenton from Flow Free Physical Therapy for close to a year now. I’m a senior golfer that was looking to improve my flexibility and strength to avoid recurring pain and injuries. After an initial assessment, Chelsea set up a flexibility and strength program for me. The results speak for themselves. My flexibility and strength have improved dramatically, allowing me to practice and play pain free. Recent results on Trackman show I’ve picked up distance and speed! I highly recommend you contact Chelsea at Flow Free Physical Therapy if you’re interested in improving your flexibility and strength for golf or just improve your overall fitness. John Evans

Chelsea took the time to fully understand my individual needs and then designed a program with specific exercises to help heal my injury. She's very knowledgeable, patient, and simply a joy to be around at each session! Chelsea is great about checking in on my progress to ensure I'm not in pain and always quick to respond if I have questions. I would highly recommend Flow Free Physical Therapy and Performance to anyone!
